My first long term goal is to lose 50 lbs of body fat.
My goal this week is to lose 2 lbs.
I currently weigh 185 lbs, and, at 5' 3", that's not good.
So at first this blog is mainly going to be a log of food and activity with some personal insights into my day.
My biggest problem thus far is my parents--I'm a student and currently living with them. If I don't go with them to the grocery store, they buy things that we don't need--like raspberry filled doughnuts, oreos and chips--my father's worse than my mom. My problem with that is that if stuff like that's in the house, I'm more likely to eat it, then if it weren't. I'll see if I can convince my dad not to ever go to the store and write lists for my mom, if I'm not able to go with her. If that doesn't work, I'll have to be more creative. Especially since they're trying to lead a better lifestyle, too.
